If onsite intervention is required, we send the right technician with the right solution. In addition, we provide remote-alert services on a 24/7 basis.

Polytex system purchases include one year of technical support and spare parts maintenance. This support and maintenance agreement may be extended – ensuring you always have the most up-to-date functionality and technical fixes.
